Important note: Password reset option is available only for those users who entered valid email address during registration process.
If you entered invalid email address or left email field blank you will not be able to reset password.
Please follow these simple steps for reseting your forgotten password:
- Step 1: click on application button
- Step 2: select "Login..." option
- Step 3: click "Reset password" link
Confirmation link will be sent to email address which you specified in registration process. After clicking on this link, page will be opened in your web browser where new password will be generated for you. Use this password to login in Sublight application. Once you are logged in you can change password in "Profile/General" tab by clicking "Change password..." button.
