• What are system requirements for viewing Sublight web application?
  • Modern web browser with enabled JavaScript (page was tested with Internet Explorer 7, Internet Explorer 8, Opera 10.x, Firefox 3.x, Chrome 4.x, Chrome 5.x)
    

• How can I publish new subtitles?
  • Please install Sublight application and register new Sublight user (click blue application button in top left corner and select option "Register new user...").
    

• Why do I have to wait for my subtitle download?
  • Anonymous users and registered users with negative points must wait few seconds for their download to begin.
    

• I have found a bug. What can I do?
  • Please contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible.
